Mid note (mid-draw): Japanese ume plum. Sweet-tart, with the rounded depth of plum wine. Fruity, slightly winey, distinct from a Western plum note.

Base note (exhale): Brown sugar. Warm, caramelised, faintly molasses — pulls the whole profile toward umeshu liqueur on the finish.
