- Earning Rewards
Rewards points and online loyalty are earned with each transaction, whether made in-store or online. Accounts are automatically linked if the same email address is used for both in-store and online purchases. If you have not added an email address to your in-store account and place an online order, a separate account will be created, which will not be linked to your in-store account or loyalty points. If you have duplicate accounts, you can request to have them merged in-store (ID may be required). - Rewards Percentage
Loyalty points are typically earned at a rate of 5% on most products. However, sale items and items with lower profit margins may be awarded a lower percentage or excluded from the rewards scheme altogether. - Presenting Your Rewards Card
In-store customers must present their rewards card to earn loyalty points. For online customers, you must ensure that you are logged in to your account to earn loyalty points during checkout. - Expiry of Loyalty Points
Loyalty points earned both online and in-store will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account.
