Our products come with a warranty to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. All Kits,Mods batteries come with a 90-day parts warranty unless otherwise stated, covering any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover atomizer coil heads, tanks and glass, disposable tanks/pods. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper use or coil builds, and it is the user's responsibility to have sufficient knowledge of coil resistances.

We cannot exchange any e-liquids.

Mains chargers and USB leads have a 12-month warranty that covers component parts but not damaged cabels or improper use. Electronic cigarette atomizers and batteries may degrade or fail over time, with an expected lifespan of 7-14 days for atomizers and 2-3 months for batteries. This is not a guarantee of liking the product but rather of its proper function within the specified timeframe.

Replacement atomizer heads are sold as single-use disposable items and are covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. Buyers have 48 hours from the date of receipt to ensure that the goods are in good working order and report any faults.

Any replacement parts are warranted from the date of delivery of the original order. However, the warranty does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence, failure to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions, failure to carry normal maintenance of the products, any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorized repairers, or any specification provided by you.
